गाड़ी बुक करते समय उपभोक्ता को अपना आधार कार्ड दिखाना अनिवार्य है।
उपभोक्ता को एक दिन का न्युनतम 200 कि0 मी0 का किराया देना होगा।
गाड़ी अपने गंतव्य तक जाते ही उपभोक्ता को बकाया भुगतान करना होगा।
टॉल टैक्स एवं पार्किंग की राशि ग्राहक को देनी होगी।
गाड़ी बुक करते समय उपभोक्ता को Advance के तौर पर न्युनतम 500₹ की राशि देनी होगी एवं गाड़ी उपभोक्ता तक जाते ही गाड़ी चालक के अनुसार ईंधन के लिए राशि गाड़ी चालक को देना अनिवार्य है। इसके पश्चात ही गाड़ी अपने गंतव्य के लिए प्रस्थान करेगी। ये राशि आपके Final Payment में Adjust कर दिया जायेगा।
